Why do we condemn far right and Nazi ideologies? I suppose a reasonable answer is, we condemn them because their ideology produced a system that caused huge human suffering. In other words, the sum of human suffering increased under their system.
But is it not also true for the far left ideology? The far left ideology created a system (communism) that costed humanity millions of lives and life long suffering for a number of generations. Even today millions (definitely over a billion) people have their lives ruined because of Marxist ideas in force in their countries. So, why do we fail to condemn those who still profess Marxism? Wherever Marxism was adopted, the sum of human suffering greatly increased.
Although both the far Right and the far Left claim to be intellectually and morally superior, the actual intellectual superiors are the ones who are in the middle. These people sometime vote for Labour and other times for Tories. On occasions they support Republicans and other times they vote for a Democrat. These people are intellectually, morally and perhaps even cognitively, superior because they are capable of changing their minds - a great ability not all human have acquired it yet, names the far Left (Marxists) and far Right devotees.
