Thank You Weirdo, Awkward and the Misfit

Since the day we used to live in tribes, in the evening everyone would sit around fire and listen to stories (TV today). However, one weirdo would rather sit alone far from everyone else and think about big questions. He/she would think about some mathematical mystery, physics problem, philosophical question or some other complex idea. Neither this weirdo enjoyed any significant social status in the tribe (society today), nor was he/she hugely liked or loved by the fellow members of the tribe.

Thank you weirdo, awkward and the misfit for everything we have today. Because of you, we have science and all the great knowledge about ourselves and the world around us. If we did not have you, there would have been a lot more suffering. Over the past thousands of years you improved and enriched our lives.
